Dear La Reserve Tract 70 HOA Member,

The La Reserve Woodmont Tract 70 HOA assessment (dues) for 2024 are $350.00. The Association dues are used to pay costs such as insurance, electricity for the entrance lights and irrigation system, lawn maintenance, and other community costs.
The due date for payment of annual dues is January 1, 2024. Please make checks payable to Woodmont Tract 70 Homeowners Association and drop off or mail to:
